Should you need to cancel or re-schedule services, we kindly request a 24 hour notice. All no call, no shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
We request that you arrive at least 15 minutes early for your appointment. We regret that we cannot give you additional time if you arrive late. If for any reason we are late starting your appointment, you will receive the full scheduled time.
Spa Package Changes/Cancellations
Certain day spa services that are part of a day spa package require specific room set-ups and/or products. We ask that in the event you need to cancel your spa package appointment or wish to not receive a specific service that is included with your package; that your please give the spa a 24 hour notice. The same applies if you would like to add additional services.
You are not required to have an appointment to receive a day spa service. However, we strongly encourage you to make an appointment to ensure that a therapist will be available to perform the service. Appointments can be made for the day-of or booked for a future service.
We kindly request that all devices are silenced upon entering the spa for your relaxation as well as the consideration of other guests.

Gift Certificates Are Available
These are available through our website underneath "Gift Certificates" and can be emailed and/or printed with a custom message and design for the recipient. Physical gift cards are available at the spa. Perfect for all occasions!
